Working closely with senior executives, Treasury and Company Secretariat, you'll advise across a diverse range of matters including corporate governance, listed company obligations, treasury, capital management, strategic projects and selected M&A; activity. Approximately 8+ years' PAE Solid corporate and commercial experience gained in top tier/national firm private practice and/or in-house The confidence to engage with senior executives and boards Exposure to listed company matters will be viewed favourably On offer
