Hanred Pty Ltd is a leading property developer currently looking to employ a Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage its property development projects.

Work

Under the direction of the director, to work as a Construction Project Manager including but not limited to:
Being able to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications;
Laise and consult with relevant third-party stakeholders such as Architects, engineering and trade workers on the property development projects;
Prepare and manage all tenders and contract bids;
Coordinating all resources and materials including securing the procurement and delivery;
Laise and negotiate with landowners and subcontractors and other relevant third-party stakeholders involved in the construction process to ensure projects are completed in a timely fashion and within budget;




Ensure that all building legislations and standards are observed and maintained;
Submitting plans to local councils for approvals;
Overseeing and monitoring the standard and progress of construction work;
Arranging building inspections by local authorities when required; and
Such other incidental duties.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have the minimum formal tertiary qualification to work as a Construction Project Manager. At least 2 years of experience is required.
