What You Will Be Doing

n

n
Assisting scaffolders with the erection and dismantling of scaffolding systems
n
Carrying, positioning and organising scaffold components including standards, ledgers, transoms, planks, braces and base plates
n
Passing tools and materials to scaffolders working at height
n
Loading and unloading scaffolding materials from trucks
n
Transporting equipment around site manually or using trolleys (forklift if licensed)
n
Preparing ground and base areas for scaffold installation, including laying sole boards and base plates
n
Clearing work zones, removing debris and maintaining protected access areas
n




Inspecting scaffold components for damage prior to useFollowing all SWMS and site safety procedures
n
Using required PPE and assisting with the installation of edge protection, guardrails and safety barriers
n

What You Will Need

White Card
n
Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour
n
Drivers licence and reliable transport
n
Working at Heights ticket (desirable)
n
Basic Scaffolding ticket (desirable but not essential)
n
