Sheet Metal Fabricator / Boilermaker / Mechanical Fitter

Crestmead, Brisbane QLD | $50–$52 per hour + overtime | Day Shift | Immediate Start

Austcorp Executive is currently seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator, Boilermaker or Mechanical Fitter to join a busy workshop based in Crestmead. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the tools and wants to work as part of a tight-knit team of around 12 people.

The Role

Workshop-based position in Crestmead
n
Day shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm
n
Regular overtime available — typically at least 2 hours per day
n
Work primarily with stainless steel and mild steel
n
Fabrication, welding, fitting and general workshop duties
n
Work as part of a team of approximately 12 people
n
Report directly to Jason
n
Immediate start available — can commence Monday
n

About You

n

We're open to candidates from a few different trade backgrounds. You could be:

Sheet Metal Fabricator




n
Boilermaker
n
Mechanical Fitter with robust welding/fabrication skills
n

n

The key requirement is that you are still hands-on and confident on the tools.

n

Experience working with food processing equipment, meatworks or abattoir environments would be highly regarded and may attract the top end of the pay range.
