WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are an admitted solicitor in Australia;
have a minimum of 12 months' (or more) experience in BOTH commercial law AND trademarks [eg preparing/filing TM applications/renewals and conducting searches+ managing TM portfolios+ oppositions];
have high attention to detail+ strong drafting/communication/people skills+ commercial acumen;
are self-driven+ hungry to be part of a rapid-growing agile 'non-vanilla' national firm that encourages excellence/innovation and has the resources to support and help you to reach your full potential.
