About the Role

n

As a Kitchen Hand, you will play an significant role in supporting our chefs and keeping the kitchen running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
n
Washing dishes and maintaining clean kitchen areas
n
Cleaning and sanitising kitchen equipment, benches and floors
n
Assisting with deliveries, stock rotation and storage
n
Keeping the kitchen organised and well presented
n
Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures
n
Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
n
Completing other general kitchen duties as required
n
