are a corporate/commercial lawyer with minimum 4+ years’ experience (up to Senior Associate/Special Counsel level) in 1st-class boutique and/or top or mid-tier firms;

YOUR ROLE

As the 2IC (2nd in charge) Senior Lawyer reporting to the Managing Partner [an outstanding ex-top tier lawyer), you will relish advising on a diverse multitude of intellectually stimulating+ compelling corporate/commercial legal issues. Core areas include:
Corporate- mergers+ acquisitions, shareholder disputes, divestments, capital raisings, takeovers, director/shareholder disputes;




Commercial transactions- huge variety including sale & purchase of business/assets, leases, intellectual property, employment, trade practices, banking/finance.
