YOUR ROLE

Being the valued RIGHT HAND to a talented senior lawyer with a flourishing diverse practice, you will love the variety+challenge+ job satisfaction assisting plaintiff clients in relation to a range of personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents/CTP, workers compensation/work injury damages, public liability+ medical negligence.

Key responsibilities include dicataphone typing, preparation of court documents and correspondence, liaising with clients, doctors, solicitors, insurers, arranging appointments, preparing briefs, filing and general administration.

have MINIMUM 2 years-10+ years (up to Senior) personal injury legal secretarial/assistant/paralegal experience;
have strong Microsoft Word + communication and interpersonal skills;
are highly organized and can meet deadlines;
