YOU:
are a corporate/commercial lawyer with minimum 4+ years’ PAE experience (up to Senior Associate level) in 1st-class boutique and/or mid-sized firms;
are an ambitious high-achiever with robust leadership qualities;

YOUR ROLE

Leading the growing Corporate/Commercial Team reporting to the Division Partner (a stand-out ex-top-tier lawyer+ investment banker) you will relish the challenge+rewards of your multi-faceted role:
taking full ownership and managing your own corporate/commercial practice (eg M&As;, capital raisings, corporate governance, Corporations Act matters, sale/purchase of business+ assets+ all sorts of general commercial/business transactions+ contracts) ;
mentoring/leading 2 lawyers (+more as the firm continues its fast growth);
contributing to the firm’s strategic growth/business development initiatives.
