WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are an admitted lawyer with 2+ years (OR MORE up to Associate level) post-admission experience in commercial law (both transactional/advisory and litigation);
have broad-ranging commercial legal/litigation experience managing your own files;
have solid legal research/drafting/negotiation skills+ client-service skills;
