Chook is the 3121's cult favourite chicken joint doing things differently. Bold flavours, a cult following (yes, the Chook Sauce has obsessive fans), and a brand voice that doesn't take itself too seriously, letting the quality of our product and friendliness of our team speak for itself.
Since opening, we've built a genuinely loyal community, backed by standout sales growth and a social presence that's exploded in the last few months through a fun tone of voice and epic community events like our Fried Chicken & Champagne nights. We're a small, energetic team that moves fast, tests ideas, and isn't afraid to have fun while we do it.
About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on Venue Manager to run overall operations, supported by a strong kitchen team.



This is a business that's genuinely growing, current menu launches, regular events, and a marketing engine constantly bringing recent faces through the door, and we need someone who can run a tight, high-volume service while keeping the culture and energy that makes Chook, Chook.
You'll be the one holding it all together day to day: rostering, ordering, food safety, coaching the team, keeping standards high during packed lunches and game nights, and making sure every guest gets the Chook experience.
