YOUR ROLE

In this KEY valued role, you will love the CHALLENGE+ immense SATISFACTION of being the RIGHT HAND to the managing partner assisting with helping seriously injured clients obtain justice in respect of their :
Workers Compensation/Work injury damages claims.

You will get ‘front-line’ hands-on experience (even managing some of your own files) including:
obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with insurers/their solicitors and doctors, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are a /law graduate (about to be admitted soon) OR a junior/intermediate solicitor;
have minimum 2 years OR MORE PLAINTIFF personal injury legal experience;
have had some workers compensation/work injury damages experience (essential) + preferably other areas of personal injury law eg CTP, TPD [not essential) ;
have solid Microsoft Office (including Word) skills;
have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
are highly organized and can meet deadlines;
can work in a vibrant, fast-paced workplace;
are hungry to progress your personal injury legal career LONG-TERM with an employer committed to investing in your success.
