Western Sydney Formwork Pty Ltd – North Rocks NSW

You'll be our go-to for keeping everything from Hilti guns to grinders, saws, and generators in top shape. This is a field-based role — you'll be on the road servicing tools on sites, in sheds, and in our workshop.

Key responsibilities

n

In office repairs & servicing of power tools, compressors, generators, and small plant.

n

Preventative maintenance programs across formwork tools and equipment.

n

Fault diagnosis and repairs to manufacturer spec – Hilti, Makita, DeWalt, Bosch

n

Tool tracking & reporting – log repairs, parts used, and tool condition.

n

Liaise with site teams to minimize downtime and get tools back in action quickly.

n

Stock management of parts, consumables, and service kits from the service vehicle.

n

Compliance – ensure tools meet safety standards and tagging requirements.

n

About you

n

Trade qualification in Small Engine, Electrical, or Mechanical preferred or proven experience repairing power tools.

n





Experience with construction tools – Power and battery powered tools, formwork equipment.

n

Mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose faults quickly.

n

Current Driver's License – must be able to drive a service van.

n

White Card and ability to work safely on construction sites.

n

Self-starter who can manage their own schedule across multiple sites.

n

Valuable communication and reporting to Management.
