We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Head Barista to lead & further develop our fast-paced Italian style cafe & restaurant. Located right in the heart of Brisbane City's commercial district, we are open from 5:30am, priding ourselves in delicious Italian food, perfectly brewed Locale coffee & a variety of crafted beverages.
n The role is full time, Monday - Friday & finishing by 2:30pm - what's not to love?

Role Requirements:

n

n
2+ years experience in a similar leadership role
n
Confidence in running solo & with a team of baristas in a quick paced workplace (12-18kg before 12pm on busy days)
n




Knowledge & experience with specialty coffee
n
5:15am start
n
Understanding the craft that is great coffee, taking genuine pride in consistency & quality
n
A welcoming, supportive & established team
