Job Description

Racing NSW is seeking an experienced Rider/Retrainer for Bandanora, a key property within its Equine Welfare Program. The role focuses on educating, retraining and assessing Thoroughbreds for successful rehoming and second careers.

Responsibilities include riding, groundwork, and vigilant horse care, plus accurate progress records. Applicants should have proven Thoroughbred riding experience, welfare knowledge and the ability to work independently in a small team workplace.
