Salary: up to $95,000 incl. Super + Bonus

As Site Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently and delivers high-quality outcomes for our customers.

n

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with your team to drive performance, continuous improvement and operational excellence.

n

This role contributes by:

n

n
Leading daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, cost and delivery targets
n
Supporting and developing a motivated, engaged and safety-focused site team
n
Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards and site procedures
n
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve plant performance, efficiency and productivity
n




Identifying operational issues and implementing practical solutions through process improvements, training and best practice
n

About you:

You have experience in manufacturing, production, industrial operations or a similar workplace
n
You're a hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor, supporting and developing your team
n
You have a solid commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence
n
You can prioritise competing demands and make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting
n
You bring a practical, continuous improvement mindset and enjoy finding better ways of working
