Transport Administrator – Wacol Location , Temp to Perm | 4:30 AM – 1:30 PM |

We're currently seeking an experienced Transport Administrator to join a leading logistics company based in Wacol. This is a fantastic chance for someone with a robust background in transport and receiving administration, who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage transport documentation and scheduling
n
Coordinate receiving processes and ensure accurate data entry
n
Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and external stakeholders
n
Maintain compliance with company procedures and delivery timelines
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
Previous experience in a transport admin or receiving admin role
n
Proficiency in SAP and strong understanding of warehousing systems
n
Solid logistical knowledge and attention to detail
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n

n

Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:30am starts until 1:30pm Finish (Potential 2 weeks training on PM shift)

n

Location: Wacol, Brisbane

n

Rate: $34.89 per hour
