YOUR ROLE

As a KEY member of this winning Commercial Disputes/Litigation team (being led and mentored by internationally recognized award-winning litigation partners), representing blue-chip clients, you will love using a full-spectrum of traditional and non-traditional dispute resolution strategies to deliver creative, commercially practical and cost efficient solutions.

You will be acting on significant/complex disputes, including class actions,

public and private investigations (eg ASIC, ASX, ACCC, Royal Commission)+ international disputes relating to trade practices, commercial contracts, corporate takeovers, employment law, IP, tax, insolvency/restructuring, insurance, construction/property and energy/resources.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:
have minimum 3+ years PAE experience (up to Senior Associate) in commercial litigation with a 1st/2nd-tier firm or specialist boutique firm;
have solid advocacy/negotiation skills+ a solid commercial acumen+ are a proven 'strategic' thinker;
proven ability to manage client relationships;
are ambitious and want to be the best lawyer and holistic person you can be+ want to work with and be inspired by top passionate professionals.
