Job Description

Fairleys IGA in Victoria is seeking a Bakery Assistant Manager to join our agile team. The role reports to the Store, Assistant & Bakery Manager and requires alternating rosters, including every 2nd Saturday and some public holidays.

You will lead and develop a bakery team, maintain quality products, manage stock, rostering, pricing and cleaning schedules while achieving sales and profit targets.
