YOUR ROLE

As a key member of this winning Total & Permanent Disablement/Super/Insurance team, being mentored by and assisting top personal injury lawyers, you will love helping injured clients obtain justice in respect of TPD claims.

You will be responsible for obtaining initial client instructions, completing relevant documents to activate their file, reviewing medical evidence, trust deed/insurance policy and conduct legal research to assess viability of the claim, liaising with insurers/their solicitors and doctors, briefing counsel and day to day file administration until claim finalisation.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:
have MINIMUM 12 MONTHS or more personal injury experience in TPD/income protection insurance claims either in a plaintiff or defendant personal injury law firm OR working for an insurer;
have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
are highly organized and can meet deadlines;
