YOUR NEW ROLE

In this KEY role, reporting to and being mentored by an outstanding SPECIAL COUNSEL (with over 20+ years’ exp), you will enjoy the challenge+ satisfaction of doing justice for your plaintiff clients focusing mainly on CTP/motor vehicle accidents plus some public liability and medical negligence.
You will be actively involved in case management of legal cases from start to finish.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
are admitted lawyer in NSW +have MINIMUM 2 years+ (or more) plaintiff personal injury law experience (including in NSW CTP-essential) and preferably (not essential)in public liability and/or medical negligence;
have a solid understanding of relevant NSW CTP legislation/court practice+procedure, litigation experience+ robust communication, advocacy and people skills;
are proactive and have a ‘can-do’ attitude;
are hungry to further advance your career long-term with a fast-growing national plaintiff firm that invests in their staff long-term.
