We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper / Office Assistant to join our team at Interfood Machinery Group Pty Ltd in Condell Park, NSW. This is a full time role where you will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day financial operations and providing administrative support to the wider business.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Maintaining accurate financial records and accounts, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger transactions
n
Generating financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow projections
n
Providing administrative support, such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and supporting the wider team as needed
n
Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and other legal requirements
n
Assisting with the implementation of improved financial processes and systems
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Bookkeeper
n
Solid proficiency in accounting software, such as MYOB or Xero
n
Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
n
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
n
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
n
