What you'll be doing:

n

Leading the team with energy, kindness and a hands-on attitude.

n

Creating a magical in-store experience for families, kids,



and of course those curious grownups needing a special gift or even something for themselves!

n

Keeping the store looking its best – bright, tidy and bursting with creativity.

n

Merchandising and store presentation.

n

Supporting the team development and training.

n

Meeting basic targets (without losing the fun in the process)

n

What you'll bring:

n

Previous retail management experience is preferred – bonus points if it's in toys, gift, or speciality retail.

n

A love for children's products, learning through play and excellent customer service.

n

A TEAM first mindset and a warm approachable leadership style.

n

Adaptable to work weekends and busy holiday periods (our busiest trading time)
