Job Description

Sublime Care is seeking Support workers for High Intensity Support – Accommodation and Community across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. You will support participants in various homes and settings, providing adaptable shift options.

Applicants should be comfortable with bowel care, mealtime management, enteral feeding and manual handling; a current First Aid certificate and screenings are required; starting casual rates up to $46.70 per hour plus super.
