ACR Supply Partners is seeking an experiencedTeam Leaderto join our high-performing warehouse operations in Eastern Creek. If you are currently a Team Leader or 2IC this role offers a excellent prospect to further develop and take on additional responsibilities in a fast paced 3PL environment. This is a pivotal role where you will play a crucial part in overseeing the smooth operation of our warehouse and a fantastic opportunity to lead from the front in a fast-paced, supportive setting.

What You'll be Doing:

n
Lead a small team of pickers & MHE operators to achieve daily targets
n
Work in a multi-client environment
n
Forklift or LO licence preferred (not essential)
n
Manage, coach, and motivate your team to achieve targets and key performance indicators
n
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships including communicating directly with customers via phone, MS Teams and email.
n
Provide daily reporting.
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
Previous experience in a 3PL or high volume warehouse workplace essential
n
Solid understanding of warehousing procedures and safety standards




n
LF & LO licence highly regarded
n
Must be computer literate and comfortable using various systems
n
Strong team leadership and organisational skills
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-client operation
n
Proactiveness and problem solving skills
n
Ambition to progress and grow within the business
