As one of the firm's KEY senior lawyers reporting to a top calibre Accredited Specialist Partner, you will relish the challenge+autonomy+ satisfaction of obtaining obtain justice for your clients in respect of their public liability claims.

If you desire a HYBRID role, opportunity to have a dual public liability+ abuse practice.

You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files-obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice, liaising with third parties, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

are an admitted solicitor in NSW + have minimum 4+ YEARS experience in personal injury law including in public liability (essential);
