YOUR ROLE

As a valued member of this winning Property Team being mentored by top calibre property lawyers, you will enjoy the autonomy and the challenge of actively running your own residential conveyancing files from pre-exchange to post-settlement. In particular, you will be:
liaising with vendor/purchaser clients/solicitors/banks, preparing/editing sale contracts/other property related documents and correspondence, conducting searches, attending settlement, stamping/registration and finalising post-settlement matters (eg final letters, billing& archiving).

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:
are a property/conveyancing paralegal/secretary OR a licensed conveyancer with minimum 1+ year experience in residential conveyancing (preferably including off-the plan);
have a proven success of highly autonomously managing your own residential conveyancing files from beginning to end;
are PEXA proficient (essential);
are super organised, dead-line driven+ have excellent communication and people skills;
are committed to excellence in all that you do;
are keen to further advance your career LONG-TERM with a high profile impressive 1st-Class law firm.
