What your day will look like
Working closely with a small, consistent group of children
Supporting learning that is hands-on, child-led and meaningful
Engaging in outdoor and community-based experiences
Building solid, positive relationships with children, families and your team
Contributing to a calm, structured and well-supported workplace

What we are looking for?

We are looking for educators who:
Value quality interactions over busy work




Are confident supporting children in real-world settings
Work well as part of a team and communicate openly
Are reliable and ready to contribute positively to team culture

Requirements
Certificate III, Diploma or working towards
Current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
