Muse Culinary Events is seeking an experienced hospitality operator to take ownership of the moving parts behind every event in Melbourne and regional Victoria, including The Chandlery at Port Melbourne.

You will plan staffing, rosters, stock management and logistics, while leading event teams and coordinating suppliers. This role directly supports owners and the Event Manager, with solid focus on efficiency and flawless execution.
