About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Casual Medical Receptionist to support our operations and be the next 'Salty Legend' in our fun-loving team.

n

Duties include but are not limited to:

n

Greet patients on arrival
n
Answer phone & email enquiries
n
Schedule appointments
n
Processing payments
n
Document management & data entry
n
General administrative & house-keeping duties
n




Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times
n

n

Hours

n

n
Weekly hours & shift start/finish times will vary to fill gaps in our roster & provide leave cover
n
On average approx. 10 hrs per week (about 2 half days + adhoc leave cover)
n
On call availability and flexibility is required
n
Availability Monday - Friday is essential
n

Previous medical reception experience essential
n
Flexible, reliable & dedicated
n
Friendly, professional & caring manner
n
Robust attention to detail & ability to multi-task
n
Excellent communication skills & ability to work well within a team
n
Proficient computer skills (experience with Best Practice would be advantageous)
n
