What You'll Be Doing

As an Administration Clerk, you'll play a key role in supporting our retail operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include:
Accounts payable and reconciliations
Banking
Filing and other general administrative tasks
Resolving customer and internal team members queries or complaints, and making decisions to maintain service excellence

What We're Looking For
A passion for administrative work and retail
Solid communications skills - both verbal and written




High motivation and results-driven mindset
Excellent time management and organisational skills
A keen eye for detail and a "can-do" attitude
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Experience in accounts payable, banking, reconciliations, and filing (preferred)
