Job Description

Fair Ways seeks a Senior Support Worker to lead a team in residential children's homes on the South Coast. The role focuses on delivering a structured, nurturing workplace and developing independent life skills within a therapeutic setting.

You will support planning, line manage staff, and build protected, trusting relationships with children while upholding safeguarding standards and personal boundaries. DBS clearance and driving license are required.
