Essential Criteria

n

n
Prefer a minimum 12 months skip truck or waste industry experience
n
Current HR or MR licence (HR preferred)



with a clean driving record
n
Proven ability to safely operate skip bin trucks and follow ZERO HARM safety protocols
n
Availability Monday–Saturday, 6:30am–4:00pm (flexible schedule available)
n
Punctuality is essential – must consistently meet delivery windows
n
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in a rapid‐paced depot
n
Clear communication skills for customer and dispatch interaction
n
Reliable transport to and from work
n
Willingness to complete on‐the‐job training and assessment
n
Appropriate PPE including steel‐capped boots
n
Ability to maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete daily pre‐start/post‐trip checks
n
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
n
Commitment to all road rules, safety regulations and company policies
n
