Job Description

QBD Books in Northland seeks a Store Manager to lead day-to-day performance, culture and store operations. This hands-on role develops the team, drives sales and a standout customer experience, supported by a Store Support Manager and Regional Manager. It includes participation in an 18-month Leadership Program and rostered Tuesday to Saturday.
