Job Description

Colliers in Sydney's CBD is seeking a proactive Property Accountant to support REMS property managers with accounting and trust accounts, ensuring timely month-end reporting.

The role collaborates with AP/AR, performs balance sheet reconciliations and lease amortisation, and assists with budgets. Requires 2+ years in real estate accounting, a university degree, and CA/CPA qualifications. MRI software and solid MS Office skills are desirable.
