Job Description
My Guardian is seeking a Service Coordinator to act as a front-line representative and deliver our services from the Sydney Olympic Park Head Office. The role is full time and in office, based in Sydney, NSW.

You will coordinate staff rostering, build solid client relationships, and provide on-call support to manage urgent shift changes while working with Case Managers to meet individual care goals. The position also involves NDIS and aged care program coordination and general administration.
