Female only Team - Disability Support Worker Required

High Intensity Support providing person‐centred active support to a young lady with complex disabilities.

n

This role requires a highly experienced qualified skilled in all areas of support provision including but not limited to personal care, medication administration, positive behaviour support, and regulated restrictive practices.

n

The support worker will assist the participant to achieve her goals, maintain her safety and wellbeing, and participate meaningfully in the community while promoting independence, dignity, and choice and control.

A candidate with suitable experience will be highly regarded and may assist in supporting consistency in high-quality service delivery.

n

Must have.

n

Valid NDIS worker check

n

Current first aid and CPR certification

n

Details of Position:

The role involves daily activities, personal care and supporting behaviours of concern, so someone with experience in this area who is calm, confident and reliable would be a positive fit.

n

The current shifts available are 6:00 am–3:00 pm twice a week, plus alternate Sundays, with the possibility of additional shifts becoming available.
