We are seeking an experienced Property Management Qualified to join our friendly and supportive Property Management team.

About the Role
n
This is a hands-on role, ideal for an experienced property management professional who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Assisting with the management of a residential property portfolio
n
Preparing and assisting with entry and exit condition reports
n
Conducting routine inspections as and when required
n
Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
n
Assisting with maintenance coordination and follow-ups
n
Supporting lease renewals, arrears management and general administration
n
Daily use of Console Cloud for property management tasks
n
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal procedures
n
Trust Account Management
n
About You
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in residential property management
n
Strong working knowledge of Console (essential)
n
Excellent organisational and communication skills
n
High attention to detail, particularly with condition reports
n
Qualified presentation and a positive, proactive attitude
n
Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team
n
Trust Account Management experience
n
Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen
n
