Job Description

Amarilla, a vibrant Spanish restaurant in Terrigal, NSW, seeks a Spanish Sommelier and Bar Lead to oversee bar operations on a casual or part time basis. Lead service, curate Spanish beverages, and educate guests and staff with passion for hospitality.

Experience as a sommelier or senior bar role is essential, with solid leadership, customer service, and knowledge of Spanish wine regions. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable; WSET 2+ preferred.
