We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative / Parts Interpreter to join our Ingleburn team. The current team is full of hardworking, energetic and committed people - and anyone new joining the team needs to have these qualities.

Reporting to the Parts Team Leader responsibilities include:

n

n
Provide a professional experience including answering phones promptly, responding to email and CRM case management enquiries
n
The ability to make outgoing phone calls to current and existing customers
n
Handle technical support enquiry calls from customers and engage other employees to address questions when required
n
ERP customer order entry and ongoing management
n
Quotation management, follow up quotes and resolve accordingly
n




Ensure customer satisfaction with friendly effective and timely communication Delivery and transport tracking enquiries
n

n

What you must have

n

n
Well-developed customer interaction and parts interpretation experience
n
Sound knowledge of pumping systems, gensets, lighting, diesel engines and mechanical equipment
n
Experience of ERP utilisation
n
High level of written and verbal communication skills
n
Effective communication style to engage with customers and other employees Proficient with Microsoft computer packages
n
Ability to correctly interpret documents such as operating, maintenance and spare parts manuals
n
Knowledge of the M3 system (desirable)
n
