Job Description

NSW Health's Child & Family Nurse role at Yass Community Health Service seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver family-centered care in a rural setting. You will work closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to support child health and family wellbeing.

As part of a supportive rural community, you will supervise and mentor junior staff, contribute to programs promoting child and family health, and help model best practice in community care.
