The Salvation Army in Redfern, NSW is seeking a Time & Attendance Advisor to optimise UKG and Workday time-tracking across the organisation. You will partner with People & Culture, Payroll, managers and system specialists to ensure accurate time and attendance and drive improvements.

You will develop knowledge of UKG and Workday processes, support users, deliver training, and resolve escalated queries while ensuring compliance with Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
