Run your section during prep and service
n
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef
n
Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes
n
Maintain clean, organised workstations
n
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team

Experience in a busy, high-volume kitchen
n
A positive, team-oriented attitude
n
Strong organisation and attention to detail
n
Valid Australian working rights required
