Job Description

Grand Pacific Health is seeking an Aboriginal Identified Wellbeing Worker for a part time fixed-term position in Young, NSW. The role includes outreach to Tumut and Temora, supporting CLS participants and Aboriginal communities to build strengths and live well.

The worker will deliver culturally responsive, recovery-oriented support and collaborate with families and community services. The ideal candidate will hold a health/community services qualification (minimum Certificate IV) and identify
