Job Description

We are looking for someone to become a part of our expanding team.

n

Optics experience is preferred but not necessary

n

Customer service experience preferred.

n

Training is provided on and off site.

n

Day to day jobs include:

n

Arriving and pre-testing patients for appointments.

n

Working closely with our audiologist pre screening for hearing and booking hearing checks.

n

Helping to select spectacles for patients face shape and prescription.

n

Till transactions including processing health funds.

n

Fitting spectacles to patients on collection.

n

Carrying out repairs and maintenance on patients' glasses and hearing aids.

n

Booking appointments, carrying out extra tests required by the optometrist, general cleaning and merchandising.

n
