Job Description

Constant Contact in Brisbane is seeking a Customer Enablement Specialist to deliver onboarding and ongoing support for APAC customers, balancing technical guidance with strategic advice to reduce churn and drive activation across our marketing tools.

This hybrid, full time role requires 2+ years in SaaS support or customer success, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset. You'll monitor CSAT/NPS and help customers grow their use of our platforms.
