6 Month Casual Position | September - February | Kotara

We're looking for a friendly, energetic and switched-on Casual Store Team Member to join our team at our pop-up store in Kotara for a 6 month period (September to February)

n

This is a great chance for someone who loves fashion, shoes and working with customers in a quick-paced retail workplace.

Who you are

n

You're someone who is positive, enthusiastic and customer-focused, with a genuine interest in retail and fashion.

n

You have previous retail experience, with experience in footwear being a bonus. You're reliable, confident speaking with customers and a team player

n

You'll enjoy working in a busy store environment and take pride in creating a great experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and engaging customer service
n




Process sales and operate the POS system
n
Maintain a high standard of store presentation and visual merchandising
n
Receive, unpack and organise stock
n
Work collaboratively with the wider store team to achieve sales targets
n
Help create an enjoyable and welcoming shopping experience
n
Opening and closing the store as required
n
Represent our brands in a professional and positive manner
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
n
Friendly, confident and approachable personality
n
Strong customer service and communication skills
n
Reliable and punctual
n
Well organised and able to multitask
n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
n
A genuine interest in fashion, footwear and retail
n
Available to work a range of shifts, including weekends and some evenings
n
