Facto is growing and we’re seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Talent team in Sydney. This is a pure sourcing role with no BD or client sales targets; you will help find, engage, and screen top candidates across Project & Agile Delivery, Business Analysis & Product, and Quality Assurance.

You’ll work in a small, supportive team, pro-actively sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, screening candidates, drafting ads, and keeping ATS records up to date.
