Inspira Kids is expanding their team and are looking for a passionate and friendly Diploma Qualified Educational Leader to join their Gladstone Park centre in a Permanent Part Time capacity.

This role is 5 days per week, with consistent hours and an immediate start may be available.

The Role
n
As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in mentoring educators and driving high quality educational practices throughout the centre.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs through your solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
Creating positive, professional and genuine relationships with team members,
children and their families
n
Conducting daily written observations on individual children and groups of children
n
Guiding and leading fellow educators to developand implement inspirational educational programs that assist children to achieve learning outcomes
n
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of programs and amending them, as required
n
Ensuring the Centre's policies, procedures and health and safety requirements are adhered to by each member of the staff
n

About You
n
n
A Diploma in Children's Services or an ACECQA-approved equivalent (required)
n
2 years experience in an educator role
n
A current First Aid Certificate (including CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis Training)
n
A current Working with Children's Check
n
A strong understanding of the National Quality Standards, Government Regulations and the Early Years Learning Framework
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
A genuine passion for mentoring educators and supporting children's learning and development
n
A positive, reliable and collaborative approach to working within a team
