Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM Start) – Long-term roster

We are seeking a Production Assistant with a valid LF Forklift License for a paint manufacturer in Minto.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Set up, run, and monitor chemical mixing and paint production machinery.
n
Drive LF forklifts to move raw materials, stage lines, and transport finished stock.
n
Use hand and power tools for machine adjustments and line changeovers.
n
Perform quality and batch checks to ensure exact color matching.
n
Follow SOPs and keep a clean, safe workspace.
n

What You Need

n

n
Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or factory setting.
n
Current Australian LF Forklift License (Required).
n
Solid attention to detail and confidence using basic hand/power tools.
n
Reliable, long-term work with career progression.
n
